Job Responsibilities

• Support customer meetings to gather and document business requirements

• Assist in analyzing customer business processes and workflows

• Prepare and migrate data from legacy systems to ERP systems

• Support ERP system configuration based on defined requirements

• Assist senior consultants in implementation and integration tasks

• Support user testing (UAT) and issue tracking

• Provide basic user training and post-go-live support

• Support Helpdesk operations by handling basic support tickets, user questions, and system usage inquiries

• Escalate functional or technical issues to senior consultants when required

• Participate in internal product and process training programs

Qualifications

• 0 – 2 years of experience in ERP, IT systems, or business applications

• Fresh graduates with ERP internship exposure are welcome

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT, or related field

• Basic understanding of ERP or business systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar is a plus.

• Basic understanding of business workflows (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting basics are a plus)

• Strong willingness to learn

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented and structured

• Able to work with guidance and supervision

• Good in both written and spoken English and Thai.
